The Rings of Power, será el nombre de la serie que se ambientará en la Segunda Edad de la Tierra Media, cuando Sauron forja los Anillos de Poder.

La serie cuenta con .D. Payne y Patrick McKay como showrunners, mientras que J.A. Bayona, Charlotte Brändström y Wayne Che Yip han dirigido algunos de los episodios de la primera temporada.
